New grounds for a resolution for an impeachment investigation, based on revelations of a potential conspiracy involving the Trump Campaign and the Russian Government

With the recent publication by Donald Trump, Jr. and The New York Times of emails leading up to a June 2016 meeting between senior officials of the Trump Campaign and a Russian lawyer with alleged links to the Russian Government, the Campaign to Impeach Donald Trump Now is now including additional grounds in its call for an impeachment investigation.  Our proposed congressional resolution, as now revised, would mandate that the House Judiciary Committee investigate whether sufficient grounds exist to impeach President Trump, including but not limited to:

(1) obstruction of justice;

(2) violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause and Domestic Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution; and

(3) conspiring with others to: (a) commit crimes against the United States involving the solicitation and intended receipt by the Donald J. Trump campaign of things of value from a foreign government and other foreign nationals; and (b) conceal those violations.
